Was waiting a week after living here to write a review and honestly after apartment living for 8 years I can say with confidence this is overall the BEST complex we’ve stayed at.

You practically have a gym membership, the people are mostly courteous, the staff is competent, shout out to Cooper, the location is incredible and the price is competitive to say the least. 5/5

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

This is the worst apartment ever! The moment I moved in the apartment was dirty and had roaches, when I told maintenance they “fixed the problem” but never really did. The fridge was leaking and the ice maker wouldn’t work, the dishwasher was also leaking and didn’t work. There are cracks in the wall and the vents are disgusting filled with mold! The shower leaks and yet the front office people say they can’t do anything about it because management isn’t at work but then management doesn’t do anything either!

When I put in a maintenance request, they lie and say that it has been dealt with but those are lies!

I have had a cough since February and I’m pretty sure it’s because of the mold! I am a veteran with PTSD and living here has been awful for my physical and mental health.

I feel unsafe here because the fobs/gates are always broken and random people are just walking into the building. I’ve had my things stolen from outside my door and from my balcony and the elevators never work! Also, there’s dog urine and feces all over the hallway, elevators, mail room and right outside the building. Oh and the AC has been broken for about a month and they just recently sent out emails regarding the problem!

I cannot continue living here! These apartments are disgustingly and the management doesn’t care.

So far its been great living here. While the unit have some kinks their maintenance staff is prompt, efficient and kind all the time. And Cooper is the man! he was so awesome throughout the process. he made sure we didn't extend our airbnb and got us ready to move ASAP. thanks for your help.

If 0 stars were an option then I would 100% have put that. Upon the first week of my mom living at these apartments and parking in the residential area of the orange parking garage, which is a gated area for the apartment specifically, her car was stolen. Of course the first place you’d go is to the cops to file a report, but then you’d reasonably ask the apartment for camera footage. Ironically, their cameras did not work in the garage thus there was nothing to be found. Tell me, how does a car that is parked in a residential garage wind up missing WHILST the cameras are “not working”. Honestly, seems like there’s some sort of an inside job going on. I don’t want to sound like a Karen or some paranoid person, but it really makes life complicated when your car is stolen and there’s nothing you can do about it.
To anyone that is considering living there- please get a tracker for your car.

Definitely a 5 for the customer service! Kristiana was such a sweetheart and had the most patience when it came to helping us. Even when people started to line up for her help (she was the only one there) she took the time to insure we got all the help we needed. We did not feel rushed and left feeling confident over what we discussed. Thank you so much!

I would not recommend moving here, and I’m highly suspicious of the 5-star ratings this community received.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now, and the office staff (while very friendly) do not provide any reasonable fixes to the issues this community has.

First and foremost, security at this property is atrocious. The parking garage gates are always broken due to non-residents driving through them to park in the rooftop resident parking. Let me clarify- to conduct sketchy business on the rooftop. There have been multiple cars I’ve witnessed with broken windows, and our own car has dents consistent with a break-in attempt. The gates to the apartment building do not work and subsequently make it easy for non-residents to enter the buildings. I’ve reached out and shared my concerns multiple times with the office staff, however, they do not care. They said at the beginning of the year that they would be installing more cameras - not done. They have promised a new gate system for the last 2 years - not done. By the way, they’ve also validated my concerns in emails at different times alerting residents to break ins.

There are abandoned cars in the parking lot which they sometimes clear out after months at a time, and this morning at 4am, a gentleman who appeared to be homeless was knocking on our door.

It’s not a safe place to live.

I reported what appeared to be mold on the hallways walls only for it to be painted over. You can see the mold coming back. The picture I took was months after the ice storm where they cut out sections of he roof presumably for mold. Never bothered doing that to the walls, just painted over the dark spots.

The community is also very dirty and not kept up to the standards that should be expected living in the domain.

Elevators are always broken, so if you have a disability, I would not recommend living here. Recently the elevator was broken and not in use for a month in our building.

I’ve attached pictures of the broken gates, dirty halls, and other so you can see what I’m talking about.

I’m not writing an angry review to vent, I’m just trying to share what you’d be getting into if you signed a lease here.

Cooper was extremely knowledgeable, attentive, detail oriented, and kind throughout our entire touring and signing process. Communication was also easy! We appreciated his warmth with reflected positively on the rest of their staff.

Good staff, great maintenance. Apartment security was poor, and unfortunately was hard to get to most apartments. *DEFINITELY take photos upon move in*. They charged me for tub issues that existed before move in. Parking is also extremely inefficient. Most apartments face loud car noises. Good location.
