when I read these reviews, I partially believe but when i came there, all of those bad reviews are so true. In real life its worse than in those reviews, including the threats to DMV. The service was so terrible including the billing. Please do not believe in some of good reviews. There are more doctors out there with more knowledge than this doctor, spend more time to explain and answer all of your questions.

I took my 70 years old sister to him for eye exam. After the exam, he pressured her to have him correct her vision. He also mentioned that he can report her to the DMV n they can revoke her driver's license. What he'll? That didn't go well with me. Some our vietnamese doctors are just there for the money, not helping the patients. And that's sad. It's a race to see who is the richest.
I should have reported him to the BBB.

Business atmosphere...try to get as much as he can. Doesn't care regarding your appointment time. VERY UNORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT. Average waiting time 2 1/2 hours or more to see him even you have appointments. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Staff was courteous and seems to work very hard during busy day. All the staff who helped me spoke English since I told them that I could only speak English. Doctor was thorough in my examination and explained/answered my inquiries.

He argued and yelled with a patient in front of other patients. He doesn't explain the result of a test and told you to read it yourself when asked. If you have narrow angles, please go elsewhere to get a simple fix. If you have elderly parents that needed medical help, don't just automatically go to a doctor who speaks the same language as you, thinking they will be treated with respect. It is easy to go to another doctor. Doc offices should have translation available if that's the worry. Demand your primary care doctor to refer you to different specialist for proper care. You do not have to stick to the same awful doctor.

My mom had a surgery with Dr. Do and she is very happy with the result and the treatment in general. It's easy to make appointments over the phone and the personal is friendly and helpful. Both Dr.Do and Dr. Pham took time to answer our questions and explain what to expect. Thank you.

Dont go to here, waste your time. Long waiting time despite of having appointment.
