Dr Do is one of my favorite Doctors to visit. It's obvious that he cares about his patients, and he knows his craft. He is always up on all the new treatment methods and medications. There is never any hidden agendas with him. He just wants to treat you and make sure you are as healthy as possible. With Dr. Do's help and expert treatment, I lost a significant amount of weight. I was under constant supervision, and he made sure to keep on my bloodwork. He will even help you find the best price for your medications if not covered by medical insurance. To top it off, his sense of humor and his personability is off the charts.

Let's talk about his office staff. Ashley, Katlin and Kenny are super friendly and will go the extra mile for you. Recently, all 3 of them kept working with my difficult insurance to get a Prior Authorization approved. Honestly, no other front office would have done that for me. I was worried to the point of getting sick and they kept me calm and assured me that they will get it done and they kept their promise. I can't thank them enough for fighting for me. Thanks again Dr Do, Ashley, Katlin and Kenny!!!

I really liked Dr. Do but totally agree with the rude, incompetent staff. I had 2 extremely negative experiences. When questioned, both times the female gatekeeper told me I can find another doctor if I didn't like it. I reacted negatively the 2nd time. Dr. Do supported her without talking with me about the situation andy they just told me to find another doctor. I'd had a totally unrelated CT scan showing my thryroid nodule had doubled in quantity.. the rude receptionist refused to put the results in my file or to show it it the doctor. I live out of state had reached out a couple week prior via email to see the doctor when I was in town and hadn't heard from them. The unprofessionalism highly outweighs how good I thought Dr. Do.

I am giving one star based solely off of the office staff. They are rude and tactless. I’m disappointed because I really love Dr. Do and have been a patient of his for many years.

I’m a patient who only requires a once-a- year visit. Due to insurance issues and then the pandemic I hadn’t seen Dr. Do for four years. When I called I was told very abruptly that I am no longer an active patient and could not book an appointment. I briefly explained my situation and again was rudely told that I am no longer a patient, they are not accepting “new” patients and they will not book an appointment for me….click.

Wow, I understand that I was definitely overdue and I can even understand where they’re coming from as a business. But the old saying really applies here: it’s not what you say it’s HOW you say it.

I would have greatly appreciated being given some type of option to be placed on a wait list or heck, even a referral At minimum, an ounce of empathy or a courteous acknowledgment of the fact that I had been a patient for years would have softened the blow. What a shame that a fantastic doctor has such an unprofessional and rude front office.

I have never dealt with such an unprofessional office staff in all my years visiting a doctors office. The female (I am not sure of her name) that I've spoken to is rude and obnoxious. She will not let you speak and will keep cutting you off. I called in to cancel and reschedule my appointment but I wasn't sure without looking at my calendar what day would work. I said I would call right back and she became very hostile. She said that I would no longer be patient if I could not schedule an appointment right then. I said I would call back tomorrow but she was not accepting that answer instead she kept talking over me and cutting me off. I said to her I would be very shocked that Dr. Do would condone the way she speaks to his patients. She was unfazed and did not care. After reading the reviews I now see why. It seems as though Dr. Do is aware and does not care. This is too bad. I will be finding another Doctor immediately.

HORRIBLE OFFICE! I was shocked and horrified when I called Dr Dos Office after being a patient for almost 20 yrs and tried to make an appointment. The rude Girl told me I was no longer a patient because I cancelled my last appointment. I explained I was happy to pay out of pocket for the appointment because my medications were overdue. She told me she did not care, I am not allowed to speak to or leave a message with the doctor or Arlene the longtime manager , that she was in charge and She has decided I was no longer a patient there.
When i started to cry over losing my doctor after 20 years, she said I was not the first to cry, and do not call them again.

I have since discovered that it is illegal and unethical to "dump patients" without notice or without giving referral to other doctors.

I left a message on Dr. Dos voicemail on the after hour line and He never called me back. I intend to file patient dumping and patient neglect with this licensing board . I cant believe that Dr. Do either does not know / and or does not care how bad his patients are being treated.

Do yourself a favor, find another Doctor, with a kinder staff who treats you with dignity and respect.

Dr Do spends time with you. He is knowledgeable & takes time to discuss your issues. Dr Do is also a very nice person. However I found the female office worker to be rude & unprofessional. I called because there is a shortage of Trulicity and wanted to ask Dr Do to possibly prescribe something more readily available. CVS said there is no Trulicity in the county. The female staff told me CVS is lying and it was my responsibility to find the Trulicity myself. She then said If I didn't want to bother..." I told her it wasn't a matter of "not bothering " but that there was no Trulicity available. She told me again it was my responsibility to find Trulicity. I told her my sugars were going up. She totally ignored me asking Dr Do for something more easily available. Very frustrating.

I have been a patient for 10 years. I have been dealing with his incompetent office. Unorganized, miss manage and always behind schedule. Not to mention rude and downright mean. If you call you’ll be on hold for at least 10 minutes. When you show up for your appointment you will wait at least 45 minutes. The doctor has always been terrific , that being said....not worth it to me. I have decided to move on, as well as my family and friends. In my 55 years I have never dealt with a worse office. literally Worst staff ever!!!!!
Zero help, no kindness or compassion. Good luck?

I have been a patient with Dr Do since February. Dr Dos front office staff is not helpful and honestly act as rude gatekeepers to keep you from getting a message to the doctor. Every time I went to pick up my prescription it has been delayed because the pharmacy can’t reach the office. In august I missed one appointment completely by accident while we were in the process of moving (we have a one year old and two year old so things were a little crazy) within a few days I received a letter stating that I was no longer a patient of Doctor Do. The fact that after one missed appointment and no warning i was dropped by my doctor who is supposed to be managing my thyroid (that I have had half removed due to cancer in February) is absolutely insane. Did I mention I am pregnant? After being dropped it stated in the letter my prescriptions would at least be renewed for one month while I found a new doctor, this was a lie. The office has hung up on me and ignored the pharmacy requests for refills. I am not one to write a one star review, but feel this is important information for anyone looking for a reliable endocrinologist, trust me this isn’t the place.
