Architecture magnifique, belles allés mais occultation laissant à désirer pour les présentations sur écran. Entre 11:00 et 14:00, on n'y voit rien.

A quelques pas de la gare centrale, un espace idéal pour les congrès ou workshop. Très beaux espaces, je dirais plutôt rare en Europe avec une telle situation.

What a luxurious conference venue! I truly enjoyed my experience there and the lovely decoration “from the zoo” in the room. you feel like it’s a real zoo specially when I host my workshop on the gorilla room.
The only one thing I didn’t like the fact they don’t have an air conditioner in some of these room. a conference in mid june, hat a big frustrations for the audience!!!

Working on a large conference, the technical staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Superb, flexible auditorium with proper theatre-type wings which can be closed off when used as a symphony hall, or for a smaller-scale conference. The stage can be raised or lowered in zones to accommodate the orchestra, which also adds to the flexibility for other purposes. Plenty of breakout rooms and a very large foyer with open access to the adjacent old zoo building, creating a huge entertaining space with outdoor access. Don't be put off by the relatively small frontage on the square, there is a lot of space inside. The view into the butterfly hall from one landing is entrancing.

This is a lovely clean hotel right in the centre of Antwerp. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the free bag drop facility was a life saver. Unfortunately the air conditioning is more of a fan, it only went as low as 19C and during the heatwave it was unbearably hot.
