On trend office and co working space located around a 5 minute walk from Brighton train station. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The space is light and airy. There is a rooftop working space and balcony that’s very nice in summer. On-site is also a cafe (soul deli) which serve nice food but the portion sizes are so small it’s not good value for money.

The only negatives I can report about this office is the lifts are unreliable and often are out of order, the night cleaning is normally sloppy and not done very well.

What a wonderful place to work at and I do not mean just the flexible modern workspaces, located in the heart of the North Lanes, 5 min away from Brighton train station. What makes Spaces truly special is the staff. Everyone is so friendly and ready to help. The reception team and Josh are fantastic, attending to every enquiry promptly. Debbie is an absolute stand out amongst them. She is always ready to assist, going out of her way to ensure that any issue is addressed quickly and professionally. Her creative thinking and hard work have made the center a better place for everyone in such a short time. Not only she would start your day with a smile and positive attitude, but she would go over and beyond to guarantee that this is how you would finish it !

The Spaces office at Trafalgar Place is an excellent place to work. I've been a member for several months now and can highly recommend the place. The management team is also very helpful, especially Debbie who is always quick to assist with any query and a pleasure to deal with.

This is the second time I have tried to book a Spaces room in Brighton and twice I have been spoken to by a lazy Nothern Irish call centre person and treated like an inconvenience. You have to realise that, sometimes, as consumers, we don't all carry our Spaces account details with us and it is not on to be spoken to like a piece of dirt. Make booking a meeting room easier, not more difficult and don't employ call centre staff that are lazy and can't be bothered to help you. I've just booked a room with Regus! Your facilities are good and I wanted to book with you but there is no way I will tolerate that sort of customer service. I never complain about anything but this really got under my skin.

We have rented office space here for the last year and after just one year we have ended our agreement. The facilities are in poor condition. No day cleaners on site means the toilet and kitchen facilities are often in a disgusting state by midday. Indeed, we have never invited clients to visit the office as we find the state of the office facilities a real embarrassment. The stairs in the main stairwell are in a poor state of repair with rubber treads literally breaking off and the lifts are always broken. Locks are often hanging off toilet doors or missing altogether. and when things break, they often stay that way for many weeks. The co-working booths spaces are always super busy. Be careful of the sales pitch too and check for hidden extras. IP addresses aren't fixed, meaning that even plumbing in a basic WIFI printer is all but impossible without paying additional costs for a static IP.

It's a real shame as it's in a great location, but in it's current guise, it's not up to standard.
