If you want to experience what a Vietnamese meal looks like, don't skip this place.
This restaurant serves food in the style of northern Vietnam, which is very cool. I've always wanted to try North Vietnamese food but haven't had a chance until today.
The food was delicious, the restaurant was clean, and the staff was friendly. I ordered a lot of food for 2, but everything was delicious except for the tofu and lemongrass. It was a little salty for me, and they do provide a free dessert at the end of your meal. I will come back again for sure..
P/s: the parking is difficult to get in- out and quite small.

The best com da dinh style food I’ve had. The restaurant was clean, the owners are welcoming and very nice unlike the typical treatment you would get at other Asian places. I loved everything I ordered and even the white rice is quality. I’m going back again tomorrow. Wow!

Wow! What can I not say about this restaurant? It's rare for me to come back twice in a week!

Foods were excellent and comparable, if not better than homemade cooking. The flavorings and spices were just right. The best deals were the combination and just do more add-on if needed.

P.S. Foods were excellent, parking sucked!!!

You will be satisfied with the food at Thanh Do. The price was reasonable and good. Definitely recommend this restaurant if you like camarelized catfish in claypot, Vietnamese sweet n sour catfish soup, etc..

My husband loves Vietnamese soup. (Canh chua) Catfish... and Catfish in claypot. The food was delicious. And we met a few locals. Very nice people.

The best Vietnamese meal I've ever eaten in California,in both South CA and in North CA in the past few years. As a Vietnamese, it seems to me only a few of restaurants in Vietnam can match with this restaurant regarding a wide variety of food, prices, services and environment.

I always order from this restaurant for our clinic so I did not have a chance to post about how amazing the food is! Also, they have great customer service, and free chè if you order family meal!! Will continue to order from Thanh Do ❤❤❤❤❤

Fast, cheap, and good. Somewhat clean, too. I had Ca Bong Lau or clay pot catfish with onions and marinates. It was a bit salty for me, but I recommend it because it was pretty good.
