The Werks organisation are in this business for the right reasons. Supporting local, creative businesses. Reasonably priced, they are a warm and trustworthy bunch and have provided us a secure place from which to grow our business.

RSG

Rented a music studio from Werks for about 1 & a half years. Space are small but more importantly quite rare to find in Brighton but price point is on the high side of things. Never really had any interactions with the staff, which was fine, but when it came to leaving & giving up the lease it became more troublesome.

Studio deposits not returned, no communication on emails from the companies management, inevitably small claims lodged & just bit of a shambles really on their part.

For the price point (higher than London) you’d expect better really and a more professional service.

Spent over four years in Werkshop 30. Found everyone I spoke with at the company approachable, responsive and most importantly good people! We barely had any issues while we were renting space - but if there were some, the team were always responsive and things would get sorted very quickly. Probably the best prices for space in Brighton too. Overall a great experience.

Old Tree Brewery

We've always been impressed with The Werks Group during our time at Yacht Werks. They're always available, friendly, and they deal with issues promptly. They've allowed us a huge degree of flexibility in how we use our space, which we massively appreciate, running a brewery in quite an unlikely location. During the pandemic, they've gone out of their way to make sure everyone knows what's going on and to ensure their tenants are well looked after. No complaints at all, and we would highly recommend them.

I spent a couple of months here at the start of the year. I really enjoyed it - the people are lovely - both the staff and the other office users, a really friendly bunch. The space is large and very comfortable, and the little nooks are very handy if you haver a zoom meeting! All in all I would highly recommend it - no doubt I'll be back again some day!

The team at the Werks were enormously helpful when we relocated our office from Oxford to Brighton. There was a great choice of space available and the formalities were taken care of within minutes. We are only moving out because we found our own building at an irresistible price, otherwise I am sure we could have grown within the Werks.

We've rented an office at Pier Werks for over 5 years now and it's been great. The rents are very fair for the brilliant location and the staff are always accommodating, for various reasons we've moved office numerous times and it's always been mid-contract but that's never been a problem. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. I'd strongly recommend!

It has a lovely location, affordable price, and my first choice when I need to work from Brighton. They used to gove £10 voucher to be used in cafe when doing a daily admission but apparently that was cancelled when I've been recently there. I wish they provide sandwiches / little meals for lunch too.
